DACIMA SOFTWARE INC. SIGNS CONTRACT WITH DERBY TEACHING HOSPITALS – NHS

Dacima Software Inc. (Dacima), a leading innovator in EDC technology, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded an RFP and signed a contract with the Derby Teaching Hospital – NHS Foundation Trust in the United Kingdom for the use of Dacima’s Electronic Data Capture (EDC) software, Dacima Clinical Suite.

Dacima Clinical Suite, is a 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, web-based EDC software platform, for electronically collecting and managing data for clinical and health research. With flexible and powerful design capabilities, Dacima Clinical Suite can be easily configured for different study design, including randomized clinical trials, observational study designs, patient registries, chart review studies, web surveys and meta-analysis. The software also includes an integrated IWRS (web randomization), drug management, electronic Patient Reported Outcomes (ePRO), eDiary, and coding modules (MedDRA and WHODrug). The software incorporates many advanced design capabilities, not available in other EDC software, that allows for the setup of sophisticated, advanced and user-friendly eCRFs through a web based designer module, without the need for computer programming expertise.
