  We introduced a Release Notes Newsletter to keep you consistently informed about product updates, improvements, and new features.
• Feature Enhancement Collection
  We streamlined the way we gather and evaluate feature enhancement requests, improving data quality and usability while ensuring your needs are heard and prioritized.
• Enhanced Report Builder
  Significant improvements now offer greater flexibility and customization, enabling you to generate insights that better support your workflows and reporting requirements.
• Enhanced Extractions 
  Scheduled data extractions can now run at hourly intervals and API connectivity is now possible which enable a more automated and reliable data delivery.
• VeDDRA and ATCvet Dictionaries
  We expanded our supported dictionaries to facilitate standardized veterinary medical coding.
• New Webhook Functionality
  Our new webhook capabilities enable real-time notifications to external systems via API, automatically alerting you to key data lifecycle events and improving system interoperability.
• Subject Lockbox
  Administrators can now restrict user access to specific subjects, strengthening data privacy and security.
• Enhanced Validation Process
  In line with ISO standards and the GAMP 5 Second Edition guidelines, and building on improvements introduced since version 4.6.0, we significantly modernized our validation approach.
  Validation Plans and Reports now provide comprehensive, version-specific details covering validation and release activities. Release Notes are generated automatically, and the Traceability Matrix is now fully automated, ensuring complete bidirectional traceability between Functional Specifications and tests. This replaces the former manual XLS-based process and delivers a more robust, transparent, and audit-ready validation framework.

  Giving you direct visibility into your support tickets and their progress in real time.
• AI Medical Coding
  Using AI to save valuable time in medical coding while increasing accuracy and consistency across datasets.
• Helper Chatbot
  A new chatbot to complement our existing helper guide, enabling you to find answers faster.
• Administration Audit Trail
  Enhanced visibility into access changes and activities to support transparency and compliance.
• UI/UX Enhancements
  A refined user interface and smoother workflows designed to be more intuitive, efficient, and visually clean.
• Security Enhancements
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) with authenticator app as an additional option to add a crucial second security layer to your account
  • Real-time data locking in data entry forms to prevent overwriting and data loss during concurrent user sessions
• Customer Training Platform
  A dedicated customer training platform designed to support continuous learning and onboarding. The platform will allow users to learn at their own speed and according to their individual schedules. With structured learning paths, role-specific content, and on-demand access, the training platform will help teams deepen product knowledge and make the most of the system whenever and wherever it suits them best.
